About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation. As our Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing internal audit activities, ensuring the company's financial practices and operations adhere to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Conduct in-depth reviews of financial records, operational procedures, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and drive process enhancements
• Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering their professional development
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in the regulatory environment

• 8+ years of experience in internal audit, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry
• Strong expertise in audit planning, risk assessment, and the execution of audit engagements
• Proficient in financial analysis, data analytics, and the use of audit software and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present audit findings and recommendations
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
