Software Engineer

Join one of the country’s leading telecommunications providers as a Software Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in the delivery and support of software services, helping to drive innovations across cloud infrastructure, containerization, and network-based solutions that support large-scale telecommunications operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Technical Implementation Engineer (TE) for deployment projects, ensuring efficient technical delivery and resolution of software-related issues.
• Contribute to integration planning and design for system implementations involving deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, cutover, and acceptance.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in project delivery and maintain alignment with telecom standards and practices.
• Document and share technical implementation cases to promote knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and validation.
• Customize and enhance applications to support core telecom business operations and services.
• Maintain and optimize performance of existing tools and systems; correct bugs and redeploy updated programs when necessary.
• Provide IT and software support for internal departments to ensure system reliability and service continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in software engineering, ideally in telecom or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar), virtualization tools (VMware, etc.), and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid grasp of system integration, application customization, and network-related software development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communicator and team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
