Posted on 14 April 2026- Perform floor control (basic station, set standards for the store)
- Perform great customer service inside the store and showing an example to the crew
- Know the standard of front and back of the house procedures
- Perform proper food safety procedure at all the time
- Know how to handle complains and how to recover it
- Conduct pre-shift, during-the shift and post shift checklist in every shift
- Set daily targets were communicate with the crew
- Maintaining good quality service, service excellence and cleanliness inside the store
- Check the crew and baker schedule
- Addressing DIMS concern
- Ensuring cash reports are in place
- Creating forecasting and daily inventory management system
- Always prepare the store in possible audit everyday
- Thinking marketing aspects/local store marketing
- Ordering food and other supplies while staying within the budget
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Bachelor in Food technologyMinimum of 1 year experience in Food Industry
