About the role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at WalterMart Community Mall. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall productivity of our organisation.This full-time position is based in Quezon City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Analyzing and redesigning work processes to increase productivity and efficiency
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across departments
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for process analysis and improvements
- Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures
- Draft and review policies and procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with existing standards
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in process and policy rollouts, including training and user support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Providing technical guidance and training to employees on best practices
- Generating detailed reports and presenting findings to management
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
