About the role
GDV Business Services Co. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Voice & Non-Voice Support specialists in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a competitive package of up to ₱27,000 per month.In this role, you will be the voice and face of our clients, providing exceptional customer service across both voice and non-voice channels. You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding support experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, whilst contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Documenting customer interactions accurately and maintaining detailed records in the company's systems
- Resolving customer issues promptly or escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
- Providing product and service information to customers in a clear and helpful manner
- Following company protocols and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards
- Meeting individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators
- Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent listening and comprehension abilities
- Patience and empathy when handling customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic typing skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekend availability
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
