About the role
Grenelle Central Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the sales performance of our organisation.This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the company's continued success.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Identify and address any challenges or issues affecting the sales team's performance
- Minimum of 6 months -1 year of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the same or a related industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address sales-related challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using sales reporting and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
