Customer Service Representative (CSR)

What You’ll Do at Mum’s Lasagna:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via messages, chats, and calls with sincerity and professionalism
  • Process and accommodate incoming orders with care, speed, and accuracy
  • Assist customers with a friendly, respectful, and helpful approach — in line with our brand values
  • Organize and encode data related to online orders and transactions
  • Perform basic bookkeeping — including tracking invoices and maintaining order forms
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order flow and timely deliveries
  • Handle customer follow-ups and concerns with patience and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Can multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced online environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic skills in data entry and encoding
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, messaging apps, and online platforms
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and a team player

  • College graduate (any course)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, food delivery, retail, or related fields , freelance, sideline, or informal work experience is also welcome
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino, written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications (experience with customer support tools is a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using messaging platforms, email, and online order systems
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
