Facilities Officer
About the role
As the Facilities Officer - Sucat, Muntinlupa at DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's facilities. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the site, including coordinating with various service providers and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
What you'll be doing- Manage the overall facilities and building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and project coordination
- Liaise with third-party service providers to schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Ensure the facility is compliant with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage the facility's budget and procurement processes
- Assist in the planning and implementation of facility improvement projects
- Provide regular reports on the facility's operations and maintenance activities
- Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with the broader site team
- Relevant experience in facilities management or a related field, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations with completed relevant trainings
- Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address facility-related issues
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach to support the overall site operations
- Registered Electrical Engineer is preferred.
- Well-versed in LLDA document processing and permits, and has a brief background in (ESD)
