Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for managing and monitoring incoming payments and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and process invoices accurately and on time
- Apply customer payments and update records in SAP
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances
- Generate reports and maintain accurate financial records using SAP
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payment concerns
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
- Proficient in SAP (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Work Setup:
- Willing to work onsite
