Job Overview

We are looking for a General Accounting Supervisor to lead financial reporting, account reconciliations, tax compliance, budgeting, and audit activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to the accounting team while supporting continuous process improvements.

• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and report significant variances.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, taxes, revenues, and expenses.
• Review cash receipts, disbursements, and journal entries.
• Coordinate with banks to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to the BIR, SEC, DOST, and other government agencies.
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Consolidate and monitor annual budgets and financial performance.
• Supervise accounting transactions and provide guidance to the accounting team.
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 3 years of experience in General Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
