Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O SCM Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable D365 solutions, provide functional leadership, and support end‑to‑end project delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Functional & Solution Delivery- Lead functional design and implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules, including: Inventory Management Warehouse Management (WMS) Procurement & Sourcing Sales & Distribution Production Control / Manufacturing (Discrete, Process, or Lean) Master Planning (MRP)
- Conduct business process analysis, gap‑fit analysis, and solution design.
- Configure D365 F&O SCM modules to meet business requirements and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain functional design documents (FDDs) and solution blueprints.
- Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities.
- Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business users and project stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and user training.
- Mentor junior consultants and review functional deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) on integrations, extensions, and reports.
- Support project management activities such as scope management, estimations, and risk mitigation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Core Skills (Must‑Have)- 5–8+ years of experience in D365 F&O / AX with strong focus on SCM.
- Hands‑on experience implementing end‑to‑end SCM processes in D365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of: Inventory costing methods Warehouse processes and advanced WMS Procurement and vendor management Order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay cycles
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations (Design → Go‑Live).
- Strong business process knowledge in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or supply chain environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
