Sales Staff involves assisting customers, promoting products, and helping achieve store sales goals while maintaining excellent service and a welcoming shopping environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s.
Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (4-year course).
With sales or marketing background.Computer literate.
Excellent communication skills.
Can work with minimal supervision.
