You'll also drive the establishment of an automated QA framework.

• Lead QA Strategy & Execution: Develop test plans, strategies, and best practices. Perform comprehensive manual testing (functional, integration, visual, sanity, regression) for web and e-commerce applications.
• Team & Process Management: Mentor junior QA professionals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and webmasters. Continuously improve QA processes and standards.
• Risk & Reporting: Identify quality risks, manage defect tickets, and provide clear reports on test coverage and KPIs.
• Automation Focus: Outline and build an automated QA process for AEM, selecting tools and leveraging automation for efficient testing.

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in software QA, focusing on manual testing for web, e-commerce, CMS, and CRM platforms.
• 3+ years direct testing experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in AEM 6.5 (JSP, Java, HTML, CSS, Sass, TypeScript, JavaScript), AEM workflows, Sling models, and OSGi services.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Rollup, NX, Maven.
• Strong background in AEM QA for component, environment, integration, and visual testing.
• Skilled in test plan preparation, task scheduling, and status reporting.
• Proficient with test case management tools (e.g., Zephyr, Testlink) and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of STLC, SDLC, and testing methodologies.
• Basic CSS, HTML, and JavaScript knowledge preferred.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Advantageous: Automation experience with Selenium (C#, Java, PHP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
