Web Developer - React Native (Hybrid / Day Shift)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong expertise in React Native to lead the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to architect and build scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly apps that deliver great user experiences.

• Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure the codebase is clean, well-structured, and follows best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in React Native and mobile development.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and mobile development principles.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with native modules and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with tools like Redux, Firebase, GraphQL, or similar.
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Expo, React Navigation, or Fastlane.
• Background in native iOS/Android development (Swift/Java/Kotlin).
• Exposure to agile development and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• UI/UX design sensibilities.
