This role is ideal for individuals with basic technical knowledge who are willing to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled technicians (e.g., electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, carpenters) in day-to-day maintenance and repair work.
• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Perform basic tasks such as cleaning work areas, assembling equipment, or holding parts in place.
• Support installation of wiring, piping, fixtures, and appliances under supervision.
• Perform general repairs like fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, or replacing tiles.
• Conduct minor painting, carpentry, or patching work as assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.
• Report any safety hazards or faulty equipment to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area or job site.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• TESDA certification (e.g., Electrical Installation NC II, Plumbing NC I/II, Aircon Servicing NC II, or Carpentry NC II) is an advantage.
• On-the-job experience or exposure in a technical or maintenance environment is a plus.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to assist in multiple trades and learn new skills.
• Good physical condition; able to lift, bend, stand, and work in tight spaces.
• Punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
