About the role

Grandline Buildia Services OPC' is seeking a talented and experienced Project In-Charge (PIC) - Site Architect to join our team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and delivery
Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals
Overseeing the work of construction teams, including monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects
Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
Providing regular progress reports and updates to the management team

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project In-Charge (PIC) or Site Architect in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Familiarity with local construction regulations and building codes
