HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER I CEBU
About the role
As a Housekeeping Team Leader I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our client's facilities in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position is responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards
- Assign tasks and schedule work to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the housekeeping team, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and identify any areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping operations
- Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols to create a safe and healthy work environment
- Liaise with clients and other departments to address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a housekeeping or hospitality environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to address any issues that arise
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products, as well as health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in both English and the local language(s)
