JOB SUMMARY:

Willing to work 2 to 3 times per week, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (combination of remote and onsite work as needed).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Monitor and report on project performance, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and maintain project documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Jira).
• Must be available 2 to 3 times per week and open to a hybrid work setup.
