Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Philippine manufacturer and distributor of premium kitchen appliances. The company is best known for bringing the globally recognized kitchen appliance brand to the Philippine market and has established a strong reputation in the consumer appliances and manufacturing industry.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the President who will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the President. The role requires a highly organized, mature, and discreet professional capable of managing executive priorities, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements, handling confidential matters, and serving as a trusted partner in ensuring the President's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the President's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.
- Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and executive administrative requirements.
- Provide support for business meetings, events, and executive engagements.
- Handle personal errands, household coordination, and ad hoc tasks assigned by the President.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
Key Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a C-level executive, CEO, Managing Director, or President.
- Proven experience in executive calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, and executive-level stakeholder coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Possesses strong executive presence, emotional maturity, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to handle both business and personal matters for the President.
- Highly discreet, adaptable, service-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City and be flexible with occasional after-hours support when required.
