Job Description
Position Summary: Admin/ Acctg Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting and Admin Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is new to accounting or has basic experience and is eager to learn. The main responsibilities will be encoding daily sales, billing, accounts receivable/payable, and performing basic admin support tasks.
- Main Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and sending billing invoices to customers
Record and monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections
Assist in recording accounts payable and check disbursements
File and organize receipts, invoices, and other accounting documents
Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Provide general clerical support such as scanning, printing, and filing
Assist the accountant or supervisor with simple reports when needed
Job Qualifications
No work experience required – fresh graduates are welcomeMust be willing to learn and be trained on basic accounting tasks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Organized, honest, and has attention to detail
Can work with minimal supervision after training
