Your Role
As a Service Delivery Team Lead, you will lead high-performing technical teams responsible for delivering and optimizing mission-critical cloud and internet services. You will drive service excellence, operational strategy, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring scalability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Drive service delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with business and product goals
- Oversee end-to-end service operations, including performance, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and executives to deliver strategic initiatives
- Implement and improve service management frameworks, processes, and automation
- Manage team capacity, hiring, performance, and development plans
- Lead complex programs and projects across cross-functional teams
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience and service delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
- At least 5+ years of leadership experience in IT or technical environments
- Strong background in team leadership, talent development, and stakeholder management
- Solid experience in service delivery, operations, and process improvement
- Deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and automation practices
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24×7 environment
