Job Description
- Develop planning and scheduling routines for machine, manpower, PM, and CM
- Supervise maintenance personnel during repairs and installation.
- Reporting daily activities such as OEE, machine checklist, and others.
- Performs start-up and monitors steam generator/boiler operation and repair.
- Ensure the smooth operation and optimum performance of production machines by carrying out preventive maintenance and repair.
- Ensure machine parts availability and request in-house fabrication if needed.
- Inspect the delivery item and material, and ensure that consumables are within standard specs.
- Supervise maintenance manpower and assigned manning schedule.
- Prepare a maintenance shutdown schedule and implement a fix time maintenance plan.
- Plan and implement job order request within the agreed timelines.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as Supervisor in Maintenance in a food manufacturing industry.
- Well-versed in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and other machinery/equipment activities (focused on packaging machines)
- Knowledgeable with PLC and pneumatics.
- Can strongly analyze the problem and can offer a solution at hand.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and Autocad.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Carmelray Calamba, Laguna.
