Process Improvement Head
The Opportunity
Are you a problem-solver who sees "the way we’ve always done it" as a challenge rather than a rule? We are looking for a Process Excellence Specialist to join our team in the heart of Pasig.
In this role, you won’t just be documenting steps; you will be the architect of efficiency. You will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and streamlined, scalable solutions. If you are passionate about Lean Six Sigma, data-driven storytelling, and driving cultural change, this is the place for you to make a tangible impact.
The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Process Excellence Officer, you will lead high-visibility projects that directly influence our operational bottom line. Your focus will be on identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and fostering a "continuous improvement" mindset across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Process Transformation: Lead the diagnosis, design, and implementation of process improvements. You will map "As-Is" workflows and eliminate redundancies and maximize output.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends and "low-hanging fruit." You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that justify process changes to senior leadership.
- Project Management & Governance: Manage a portfolio of improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen). You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and that the gains are sustained through robust monitoring plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a consultant to various departments (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.). You’ll lead workshops to understand the frontline reality and align stakeholders on better ways of working.
- Change Management: It’s not just about the process; it’s about the people. You will develop training materials and communication plans to ensure new processes are adopted smoothly and enthusiastically.
- Automation Identification: Work closely with IT and RPA teams to identify processes ripe for automation, ensuring we quality.
- Experienced: You have 3–5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Management Consulting.
- Certified: You hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt is a plus).
- Analytical: You are proficient in data visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau) and process mapping software (like Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio).
- Strategist & Executor: You can think at a high level about business goals but aren't afraid to get into the weeds of a spreadsheet or a workflow diagram.
- Communicator: You can explain complex methodologies to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is compelling and easy to understand.
