The DataFlow Group has been a trusted partner for regulators and governments in Asia and Europe to deliver Primary Source Verification (PSV) for more than 1 million applicants since 2007.This verification process gives the candidate a competitive advantage over other applications during the hiring process, through onboarding and throughout their employment.
Employers signed up with TrueProfile.io can proactively submit pre-paid voucher codes to their applicants who would subsequently undergo PSV. The results are immediately shared with the employer adding a critical quality assurance element into their existing human resource function.Bringing both sides together on TrueProfile.io creates a new standard that restores trust in a broken market.
We are seeking a compassionate and results-oriented Sales Associate & Customer Support to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Stay Updated
- Client Support
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the document collection process.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Build strong and trusting relationships with clients.- Admin Tasks
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications/Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
