OPERATIONS MANAGER/PMCM DIVISION HEAD
Office Location: Bohol/Cebu
Job Description:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and implement efficient operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor and improve daily site operations and logistics.
- Coordinate and communicate with area managers, construction managers, and site engineers
- Track project progress using KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of site staff.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, with PRC License
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Project Manager
- Proficient in design softwares such as AutoCAD / Sketch up of equivalent
- Proficient in planning softwares such as Primavera / MS Project
- At least 5 years’ experience in high rise buildings
- With knowledge in planning is an advantage
