About the Role
We are urgently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Outright/ Consignment/ E-commerce/ Online Sales Teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling backend processes, and coordinating with internal teams, developers, and executives.
Key Responsibilities- Process and monitor purchase orders from sales agents across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details
- Coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfillment
- Maintain organized records of transactions, reports, and documentation
- Manage inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and reporting
- Handle data entry, encoding, and records management
- Assist in purchasing coordination and warehouse support
- Prepare and analyze inventory and sales reports for Outright/ Consignment/ E-commerce/ Online Sales using MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), ensuring accurate monitoring and tracking of stock, orders, and sales performance
- Communicate and coordinate with real estate developers regarding leasing requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to executives
- Assist in scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform general office administration and clerical tasks
- Support overall sales operations and backend processes
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, inventory, or office operations
- Preferably with background in Purchasing / Inventory / Warehouse Management / E-commerce
- Proficient in MS Excel, especially Pivot Tables for reporting and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Admin/Secretary certification is a plus
- Preferably residing near Makati City
- Can start ASAP
- Location: Makati City (On-site)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday + Half-day Saturday (5.5 days/week)
