An Overview of your Role

Responsible for organizing and coordinating the whole onboarding process for assigned accounts and as such, is expected to:

  • Schedule the initial days of the new employees
  • Ensure the accomplishment of forms and submission of required documentation by the new employees
  • Conduct Pre-Onboarding activities
  • Address new employees’ queries and help adapt to the company culture and the working schedule
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pre-Onboarding Preparations. Pre-Employment Medical Exam / Background Investigation. Provides information and assistance to the candidates in the accomplishment of medical and background investigation forms following the conditional job offer. Coordinates with Health Services all medical exam, procedures to be undertaken by the candidate; awaits results. Coordinates with the background investigation provider the background verification process to be done for the candidate awaits the results. Preparation of Payroll Enrollment, Pre-Employment Kit and New Hire announcement and coordination with support departments.
  • Preparation and Facilitation of Onboarding Activities. Completes the requirements for the Welcome Call and the entire duration of the employee orientation, in coordination with concerned departments. Ensures the availability and readiness of the new hire’s identification, tools and access during Pre-Onboarding.
  • Post-Onboarding/Requirement Completion. Follows up the new hire for any pending required documentation and Pre-Onboarding requirements.
  • Tracker Update and Reports Generation. Provides updates on the Pre-Onboarding process trackers being maintained. Generates reports, as may be assigned, based on process trackers for various reporting purposes.
A Bit About You
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other Social Sciences related courses.
  • With minimum of 1 year experience in HR/Admin-related and in Onboarding.
What We Need
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) with data analysis tool.
  • With excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
  • With excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City.
