ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of fans and blowers under building management. Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all equipment functions efficiently to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests such as power outages or equipment failures.

Maintain emergency response protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and recommendations for improvements. Communicate maintenance needs and resource requirements effectively with supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Attainment: BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY
Communication Skills: WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Related work experience: 1-2 YEARS OF WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE
Technical Skills: STRONG ELECTRICAL APTITUDE AND TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS
Other Requirements: WITH OR WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL LICENSE (Master Electrician)
