About the role
We are seeking an experienced AP Analyst to join our team at Millennium Specialty Coco Products, Inc. in Panabo City, Davao del Norte. As an AP Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the company's accounts payable processes and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors.This full-time position offers an opportunity to work for a leading player in the accounting industry.
What you'll be doing- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Reconcile accounts payable records and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits
- Provide support to the wider finance team as required
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
