The HR Coordinator supports end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, deployment, timekeeping coordination, and labor compliance. The role ensures timely hiring, quality employee support, and compliance with DOLE Department Order No.
174 requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring of qualified applicants.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, deployment, and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate timekeeping and payroll-related concerns.
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and exit processes.
- Serve as the HR contact for assigned client accounts and deployed employees.
- Process government-mandated requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and DO174 regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and support HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and general HR, preferably in a manpower or service contracting company.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DO 174 is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Strong Accountability, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
- Good to be an individual contributer and can work well with a team.
