Job Summary
The HR Manager – Strategic Business Partnering is responsible for supporting business leaders through effective HR strategies and people management initiatives. This role ensures the delivery of HR solutions that improve employee performance, organizational capability, and workforce engagement in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leadership teams on organizational and people strategies
- Provide coaching and HR advisory support to managers
- Oversee employee relations and case management
- Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives
- Support compensation discussions and workforce planning activities
- Lead employee engagement and retention programs
- Ensure compliance with labor standards and internal policies
- Coordinate with recruitment and HR operations teams for manpower support
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business-related course
- Experience in a Tech or IT company is required
- At least 5 years experience in HR Business Partnering
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting large and fast-paced organizations preferred
