About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Universal Developer with a strong focus on QA Automation to join our growing engineering team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and quality assurance—helping ensure our applications are reliable, scalable, and high-performing. You’ll work closely with a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the design of testing frameworks and maintaining code quality across multiple technologies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Automated Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing suites using Java.
• Full-Stack Support: Assist in maintaining and testing applications written in PHP and JavaScript.
• CI/CD Integration: Manage version control and automate test deployments using GitHub Actions and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work directly under the mentorship of a Senior Software Engineer to translate technical requirements into comprehensive test plans.
• Bug Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and track software defects, verifying fixes through automated regression testing.

• Java (Advanced) – Must-Have (Core for testing systems)
• GitHub (Intermediate) – Professional experience with PR workflows
• PHP (Intermediate) – Comfortable with backend logic & testing
• JavaScript (Intermediate) – Experience with frontend frameworks/testing

• The "Universal" Mindset: A proactive learner who can pivot between languages and environments as the project demands.
• Testing Logic: Strong understanding of Unit, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing methodologies.
• Clean Code Advocate: Ability to write maintainable, well-documented test scripts.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting bugs and collaborating on architectural improvements.
