Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least High School / Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate
- Must be fit and capable of heavy work
- Must be diligent and hardworking
- Enthusiastic and has initiative at work
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Can work independently and/or with a team
- Must have an experience in building maintenance
- Can do all kinds of repairs (plumbing, electricity, aircon repair, etc)
