Transformation Project Manager

Working closely with the Programme Manager, the Project Manager will ensure effective execution of transition-related activities, while maintaining focus on business continuity, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of key milestones.

We are seeking a professional with demonstrable experience managing large-scale, multi-functional transformation initiatives preferably within organisations undergoing major structural or operating model changes. Experience in complex, regulated, or multi-entity environments is highly valued.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables for assigned workstreams
• Monitor progress and proactively manage changes to scope, timeline, and resources.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, TA, operations, IT,a and other functions to ensure cohesive execution
• Facilitate cross-team meetings and working groups to align actions and resolve blockers
• Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners
• Ensure accurate, timely updates and alignment across teams and geographies
• Maintain and manage a RAID log for the workstream
• Escalate risks and issues with mitigation strategies to the Programme Manager
• Support knowledge transfer, training coordination, and handover planning
• Track readiness criteria and ensure smooth transition to team
• Ensure activities within the workstream adhere to internal policies and external regulations
• Participate in programme assurance and review processes as required

• Strong project planning and tracking skills (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate under pressure
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Adept at cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment
• Familiarity with programme governance structures and reporting
• Ability to work seamlessly across multiple geographies & timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, or related field
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM) desirable
• 10 – 12 years of project management experience, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience in global/offshoring programmes, shared services, or operational transitions preferred
• Exposure to functional areas such as HR, legal, IT, or operations within project contexts
• Proven experience working with external vendors, consultants, or delivery partners
• Experience in a federated or decentralised organisational structure is an advantage

• Work Schedule is 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM, weekends off
• Remote work arrangement with occasional visits in the office. The candidate must be based in Metro Manila or at least from neighboring provinces.
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Area is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
