Maintenance Technician (Field Personnel)

• Location: Field-based (Part NCR, Regions 1, 2, 3, & CAR)
• Key Responsibilities
• Technical Repair & Preventive Maintenance
• Diagnose and fix massage chair issues
• Perform routine checks to prevent breakdowns
• Station Setup & Removal (Ingress/Egress)
• Assist with chair installations or relocations—including night shifts when necessary
• Handle electrical, carpentry, and minor construction work
• Inventory & Material Management
• Track tools, parts, and stock levels
• Submit canvassed budget lists and material requirements
• Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with Field Ops Supervisors and Area Managers
• Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly) and send selfies for field attendance
• Other Duties
• Assist in cash collection when needed (with transparency)
• Refurbish used chairs and ensure safe packing for transport
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management

• Must have basic knowledge in Electronics/Electrical
• With TESDA NC II Certificate in Electronics or related technical course
• Preferably with OWN MOTORBIKE for easier field access
• Must be willing to work at night for ingress/egress
• Hands-on with tools and can work independently
• Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
