Chief Medical Technologist

Care Center is currently looking for a Chief Medical Technologist / Laboratory Supervisor to join our team.

• Establishes, executes, reviews and evaluates laboratory policies and procedures for operating functions of the laboratory
• Plans, prepares, supervises, as well as performs laboratory services
• Analyzes, suggests and manages laboratory purchase of inventory, storage, supplies, machine and equipment, as well as the proper monitoring of maintenance and service agreement.
• Attains and manages needed accreditation of the laboratory
• Primary responsible in maintaining laboratory records, reports and files
• Manages and resolves administrative and technical predicaments of the laboratory
• Performs other related tasks / responsibilities in the performance of the role that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Registered Medical Technologist
• At least 2-3 years laboratory experience, or as MedTech/MLS
• Attention to details, coordination, computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
• With supervisory/managerial experience
• Can start ASAP
