- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in residential lending
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience in AU mortgage industry including credit management
- Hands-on experience with loan lodgement processes
- Proficient in ApplyOnline and CoreLogic valuation tools
- Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong task prioritization and ability to manage shifting deadlines
- Self-managed with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Critical thinker with a proactive approach
- Professional, personable, and relationship-focused
- Team player with a results-driven mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Certificate IV in Financial Services or equivalent highly preferred
- Interpret, clarify, and implement product changes and lender policy updates
- Provide support to the broker network via email, telephone, and forums
- Offer SME advice to brokers to structure deals and navigate lending policies
- Troubleshoot product and policy issues as they arise
- Communicate lender updates and changes to the franchise network
