Position: IT Service Desk Intern
Role Definition:The IT Service Desk Intern provides basic (first-level/L1) IT support for IT-related issues, concerns, inquiries, and requests, reporting to the IT Service Desk Lead.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide timely response and resolution of assigned ticket requests
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of PC, operating system, and basic Office application issues
- Assist with setup and configuration of new IT equipment
- Maintain IT-related documentation and procedures
