Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
- At least 1-year work experience
- Background in real estate operation is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Computer literate and results-oriented
- Personable, articulate, and a team player
- Preparation Checks for PDC warehouse, pull-out request and for redeposit checks
- BPI online transactions- monitoring & confirmation, prepares Returned Check memos
- 60 days Options & Collection Projection Report
- Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Collection Reports Reconciliation & Filing
- Monthly Delinquent Report and Sending of Notices (FN & NOC and endorsement for Re-open
- Monitors status of notices sent through LBC on LBC website and request for sending back of
- Undelivered notices
- Monthly Collection Report Summary / MCR
- Monitor billings to supplier and issuance of OR/AR and supplier's
- receivables
- Fixed Asset Management- Tagging/ Physical Inventory and reconciliation in the books
- Prepares billing of Mktg Subsidy, monitors and recon with Supplier
- Monthly depreciation of Fixed Asset
- Perform other duties that assigned from time to time
