QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Nursing, Med Tech, medical physics, science or equivalent.
- With at least (2-3) years of experience in same position.
- Prior experience working in a Dialysis Center is preferred, with a strong understanding of dialysis procedures, patient care protocols, and the unique challenges of the dialysis environment.
- Willingness to travel locally, including potential for extended hours, holiday work, and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing and regulatory operations is highly desirable, with the ability to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency if needed.
DETAILED JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- To promote and provide comprehensive education and training on Company products to Medical Doctors, Nurses, Dialysis Center Managers, and other related Healthcare providers.
- To demonstrate the safe and effective application of Nipro’s products (Equipment + Consumables) to target audiences in a clinical setting, clearly communicating the benefits of the clinical treatments and its future potential.
- To provide proactive clinical application support for all Nipro products/equipment, including on-site assistance during new machine installations and guidance during initial patient treatments to ensure optimal system performance and patient safety.
- Must possess and maintain a deep understanding of Nipro's Renal/Hospital Products—including their features, advantages, benefits, positioning, and applications—and act as a product expert to support the sales team through continuous training engagements.
- To provide comprehensive technical training, including product and applications training, ensuring full understanding and ability to promote/sell the portfolio.
- To proactively monitor and analyze current dialysis treatment trends and explore new applications. Discover developments, emphasizing the business impact of competitive activities and market trends.
- To collaborate and actively support the Technical Sales and Development Manager in monitoring and implementing marketing strategies, contributing to their effectiveness and success.
- To work with QA Department to support product improvements and maintain quality standards and by resolving product complaints and handling feedbacks.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical Societies' Managers and Secretariats and coordinate, liaise and support the society initiatives, conferences, and educational programs.
- Must attend to relevant Medical Society Targets’ conferences, congresses and exhibitions.
- To ensure all related activities will comply to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
