WFH Case Manager (U.S. First-Party Property Damage Claims)

Our client is actively expanding its team and seeking an experienced Case Manager (U.S. First-Party Property Damage Claims) with a minimum of 1 year of experience working at a U.S. law firm handling first-party property damage claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced legal team where your industry experience will directly contribute to delivering outstanding client service and supporting successful case outcomes.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of a law firm specializing in first-party property damage claims.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with client intake, case management, operations, or business development activities based on your experience.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation within the firm's case management systems.
• Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely communication throughout the claims process.
• Monitor case progress and assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client service.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and client information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working at a U.S. law firm handling first-party property damage claims (required).
• Previous experience in one or more of the following: Intake Specialist, Case Manager, Legal Assistant, Operations Support, or Business Development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases or tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
