Senior Analyst – Learning and Development

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Learning and Development to design, implement, and facilitate training programs. The role requires strong experience in training delivery, program development, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate learning and development programs
• Plan and execute training assessments and examinations
• Create training materials, presentations, and learning content
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs
• Manage and support small-scale L&D projects
• Monitor and improve training effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 3–6 years of experience in Learning and Development
• Experience in:
• Training facilitation and presentations
• Learning program creation
• Training exam planning
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling small projects
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, and professional email writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule
