About the role:

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to join our growing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of our software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers
• Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicating project status, updates, and any escalations to key stakeholders
• Ensuring projects adhere to our company's processes and best practices
• Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their practical application
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig for full onsite.
