Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Techdynamics OPC' is seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Guiguinto Bulacan. As a key member of our warehousing and logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our distribution centre.This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development within our growing company.
What you'll be doing- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Coordinate and supervise the work of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, identify and resolve any discrepancies, and implement effective stock management practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Provide training and support to warehouse personnel to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to optimise workflows and address any operational issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities, metrics, and performance
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics best practices
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
