• Expected salary: ₱123 per month

What you'll do:

1. Plan and establish work assignments for the Receiver, Allocator, and In-House Quality Control (QC) teams.
2. Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries from subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
3. Maintain knowledge of work orders, production schedules, manufacturing calendar, liquidation processes, and other relevant records and reports.
4. Ensure alignment with shipment and launch dates for both export and local markets.
5. Allocate styles to the In-House QC team for inspection following the collection's launch date or shipment schedule.
6. Provide daily updates and reports on export and local shipments to Top Management.
7. Provide daily updates and reports on export and local liquidation processes to Top Management.
8. Ability to trace and manage export and local shipments' balances per style and collection, aiming for a zero balance target.

• I.E Graduate
• Experience in Garment Industry (Retail Apparel and Fashion)
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in data entry, inventory management software, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving inventory when required.
