About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you are expected to provide excellent administrative support to the CEO, including email and calendar management, meeting coordination, travel scheduling, and document preparation. You'll also handle sending out property offers.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- 3+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Demonstrated experience in handling high-pressure tasks, complex calendars, and strategic projects.
- Background in executive communications or corporate support is a plus.
- Impeccable organisational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools like Asana or ClickUp.
- Amenable to working on-site at our Cebu City office
- Organise and maintain the CEO’s schedule, prioritising meetings, events, and key milestones to align with business goals.
- Monitor and manage the CEO’s email inbox, draft correspondence, and respond on behalf of the CEO as needed.
- Prepare executive summaries, reports, and presentations before meetings; track outcomes and follow-ups.
- Liaise with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders to schedule and facilitate high-level engagements.
- Assist in the execution and tracking of CEO-driven initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries and prepare the CEO for business trips, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Handle sensitive information with absolute professionalism and integrity.
