KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Document Preparation Task
  • Assess and review instructions or scenario of each matter
  • Check and understand title details. Identify discrepancy on borrower’s name, security address details and any additional information such as Existing Mortgage, Caveat, Writ, Limited, Lease, Covenants and other notes
  • Accuracy in entering/loading of data in Caseflow such as Borrower Details, Security & Title Details, Loan details, Fees, Conditions and Undertakings
  • Accuracy in charging of applicable fees to appropriate parties
  • Understand of Special Conditions and perform further task as required (Change Name, Statutory Declaration, Financial Legal Advice & Independent Legal Advise, prepare Manual Guarantee etc.)
  • Check merged/collated documents prepared by File Opening Team. Ensure documents are complete and merged accordingly as required
  • Generate Checklist, Loan Agreement, Fee Schedule and General Terms & Conditions
  • Coordinate with other members of the team for discussion of matter to come up with best solution
Reporting
  • Notify Team Leader, Senior Processing Officer and/or Processing Officer for any matter that requires further clarification and/or completed task
Archiving
  • Save files in accordance with Gadens archiving procedure
Client Relationship Management
  • Liaise with internal staff (Paralegal, Settlement & Administration Clerk, Document Preparation Clerk and Secretary) in a professional manner
  • Work cooperatively and effectively within the Banking and Finance group
  • Meet and exceed client requirements.
General Administration
  • All reasonable tasks as requested by the Senior Team Leader, Banking and Finance Operations Manager or Operations Manager Manila
  • Manage everyday work activities and inform Team Leader or Officers appropriately
