Marketing Coordinator - Events / Project Execution

Key Responsibilities

Project & Service Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders and clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project objectives, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance related to project requirements and processes.
Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
  • Promote service quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Support innovation initiatives and contribute to service enhancement efforts.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to organizational learning.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align goals and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication, coordination, and information sharing across teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Offer recommendations and consultative support to drive successful project outcomes.
Knowledge Sharing & Community Engagement
  • Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices across teams and departments.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and collaborative initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of standards, processes, and methodologies.

Qualifications

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of project management, account management, client services, operations, or related experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in client-facing or service-oriented roles preferred.
