Logistics Team Leader

Job Description:

• Ensure all incoming items (local/imported) is checked in per procedures.
• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or receiving operations experience is required.
• Provide daily direction to the associates within the department.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
• Check any item at Receiving like unloading from container, for transfer to Warehouse, for Segregation, for counting and classification, and for re-delivery)
• Prepare incident report for returned and undelivered items, canceled pull out from sales & retail as well as canceled field works of Service Center Technician.
• Collaborate with the warehouse supervisors in order to perform and ensure receiving accuracy
• Follow up for CM and T.O both return & pull out.
• Receive inquiries on shipment, undelivered and pull-out. Coordinate with QA for rush transfer to Warehouses
• Accomplish replacement of items from dealer sales to warehouse.
• Monitor daily work flow within the Receiving Department
• Coordinate with Warehouse for space allocation of imported shipment.
• Motivate team members
• Setting clear team goals
• Answers all internal customers queries/phone calls
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Act as supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:

• Logistics/Supply in experience
• Keen on details, Customer Service Satisfaction (QA skills an advantage)
• Team Player/Buider with good interpersonal relationship skill
• Proficient on computer applications (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Ability on multi task with minimum supervision.
• Firm, Neutral and with good leadership towards co worker.
• Has Strong Leadership command, Respectful, loyal. Time management skills.
