Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing Tekila 888 Inc. presence in the on-premise channel, which includes modern on-trade bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and other on-premise venues. This position plays a critical role in promoting, selling, and merchandising Tekila 888 Inc.portfolio of premium to ultra-premium tequilas, ensuring excellent customer relationship, brand visibility, product knowledge, and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management Summary- Responsible for driving sales growth in the on-premise channel by developing and executing effective strategies, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key accounts such as bars, restaurants, and hotels.
- Manages and nurtures existing client relationships through regular engagement, product training, and support to ensure excellent service and brand representation.
- Leads promotional activities, tastings, and events to boost brand awareness and product demand, while continuously identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitors account performance, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize strategies, ensure product availability, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Preferably with B2B sales experience
- Outgoing and socially confident, with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with clients in Boracay’s dynamic business and hospitality environment
- Physically fit and willing to do field work
- Background in Food & Beverage is a plus (but not required)
